Saw a lot of people talking about how they just couldn’t wait for the 4” kits to come out and I’ve only seen one guy post an installed kit. I’m seriously debating on going from 6” to a 4” lift and just wanna see how it looks. If you’ve installed a 4” kit please help a dude out and post pics from different angles, thanks in advance.

I posted mine somewhere on the BDS 4" thread. Let me know if you want to see more photos.
Yessir! If you don’t mind and whenever you get a chance I’d like to see different angles. Maybe straight from the front, rear and corners. No rush just whenever you get a chance it would be greatly appreciated.(y)

:ROFLMAO: Called out!

This is what happens on every forum. Waiting on blah blah and no one ever does. Everyone said same thing about the BDS 6 over the other brands, how many BDS 6 kits do you see? I think I’ve seen 1 here and 3-4 on IG. For sure seen more PC and fabtech kits.

But maybe you will conjure up something here.

I am struggling with the decision between 4" and 6" on mine... Definitely looking forward to seeing more pictures of the 4" system installed to compare.

i'm installing the 4" BDS on Friday, will post pics this weekend. for visual reference, check out trucks w the 3.5" SST kits.... thats basically what the truck will look like w a 4" lift. i went with 4" and not 6" because i didnt want 37" tires. IMO 6" lift w 35s just doesnt look right, tires look small

The 3.5 SST kit will be lower than a true 4" kit by more than just half an inch. The SST kit doesn't include new knuckles in the front which is a huge factor in actual height.

agree. not saying they are exact, but its close enough for visual reference. from what i've read and talking w my installer, its about a .75-1.25" difference, splitting hairs at that point

Please do post! I don’t like the way that the 35’s aren’t filling in the wheel wells as much as I’d like and 37’s are unnecessary.

I just hate not being able to park in garages and the 35’s look tiny from certain angles but here’s my truck on 35’s with the 6in coilover set up. I also have the 6’4 bed.

One thing that hurts these trucks is where the wheel is mounted. They just sit so far in on the body that it almost forces the truck into needing a “stuffed” look. You Basically need 14 wides to really get any crazy offset/wide look on these trucks.

With that said, it will probably will look better at 4-5” with that wheel and tire combo.

The guys at 4WP we’re saying I should just throw in a shorter spring in the rear and crank down the coilovers. I think an inch lower would have it sitting just how I want it.

Looking at my stance, I'm not sure it'll be worth all the effort you'd have to go through to drop two inches. That said, I can fit in garages with an 8 foot door.

I don’t disagree with SilverSurfer much on here but in this case he’s just wrong. :) Your truck looks awesome as is. I wouldn’t change a thing. I get it those 35’s look small at certain angles. I have the same issue.

I do, it's the BDS with fox shocks in the rear. It has the ORP too.
So it’s a 5” lift over a stock truck without the off-road package. That seems to be perfect. I saw the pics in the other thread. Truck looks good. 35s seem to fit pretty well on it.
