Hello, I am new here.
I have a 2020 Ram 1500 Warlock
W/ 5.7 Hemi

I just installed a Variram Intake, Kooks 1 7/8” long tube headers and kooks Y pipe w/ competition cats, and flow master muffler. Sounds like a fire breathing machine! A little rough running

1. Throwing code and changed out all O2 sensors, but still coding???
2. My engine revs / tacs up quick but it seems the Tranni is taking too much time to shift and engage???? But pulls like crazy at highway speed with single down shift.

the engine sounds like it wants to stall intermittently but catches and revs back up from idle and sometimes while under low exceleration.

1. Is this a tuning issue?
2. If so, can I get a shop to tune it without switching out the PCM?

3. what is better Custom shop tune fir such a set up or tuner and pcm swap with canned tune?

4. Lastly, which tuner offers the most variety fir canned tunes?

Thanks, Dynamic Dave

The front 02's may be not be getting hot enough with headers, you've moved them further back with headers but I suspect the bigger issue is the high flow cats moved further back and not heating up causing the rear 02's to error, cat efficiency error. Are you getting P0430's?

The pcm can lean the engine out to try and heat up the cats with that error, be careful.
All this assumes you didn't mix up the 02 sensor wires,

I don’t have a code reader just the dash light, so at the moment I do not know the exact code. Thanks for your input.

From my limited experience you need a tune if you go headers. You're throwing off your fuel ratios, which is likely leading to what BowDown said as well as your rough running.

you 100% need a tune and since its a 2020, you're going to have to get the PCM unlocked as well. Once you do that, it'll store a code and could be possibly voiding your powertrain warranty. Just something to be aware of.
