RC speedo cal or Alfaobd

So after going round and round about dropping the $170 on the RC or going the Alfa route after everything I have read I finally decided with my future plans the Alfa would be the better option. So I jumped in feet first, after setup and changing the fog light drop out off I am happy with the route I took. Most post with the Alfaobd always call for the OBDlinkMX or plus but after reading and more reading I found a more budget friendly option for the OBD reader and the security bypass I wanted to share with everyone.

Even with the $49 Alfaobd this still saves $70 over the one hit wonder of the RC or other Speedo calibration tools for those of us who are willing to spend the time to learn.
