I could not find the original thread, but my radio (phone call too) fades in and out from little volume to no volume. I regularly tap the AM and then the FM button and things are good till next time I start up. So, last time at the dealer I remembered this and they said that I could pay to update the firmware... However, the dealer also said that about 40% of the software updates permanently crash the Uconnect system. This sounds a bit strange. Possibly true ?
