i just put the new rims and 285/60r20 Toyo’s on. Got them from Custom Offsets. Pretty happy with the price and service. Had them put on hardrock crusher 20x9 rims.
LOVE THESE TIRES. Don’t have a ton of time on them but so far they are amazing. I’m replacing Falken wildpeaks wi 8700 mile. I really liked the Falken tires and was A bit worried moving to a LT rated tire but my worries are gone. A tad bit firmer than the Falken but by no means rough. Very quiet. I’m hearing more wind noise due to being less aerodynamic but I don’t really hear more road noise. I also love that these are also 3 peak rated for snow. We go to Colorado 3-4 time a yr to snowboard and I need good tires in snow. Anyway...I’m a fan.

I'm considering these tires also so definitely let us know how they do in the rain. That is one area the wildpeaks excel over other brands.

Just installed Thunderer Ranger ATr 35x12.50R20 on my 19 Bighorn $760.00 to your door in 24 hours, took hardly any weight to balance and very quiet , ride like a dream !!!!! This is a no brainer for anyone debating on what brand of tire to go with, I had Nittos Toyos BFG and General and none of them rode this good !

Do you think I can get away with 33x12.50's with only a leveling kit on my factory rims? I actually like the factory rims that came with my truck. I plan on installing the level soon.

Tires look awesome! 285/60/20 seems to be a perfect size. I’ve had my eye on these Toyo AT3’s since they came out. The design is much better than the old ones and they are much lighter. The Falken wildpeak’s that come on the off-road package is actually sold in the Europe (Falken Wildpeak AT3wA). Falken Wildpeak AT3w are awesome tires. I wish our trucks came with those tires instead. They are heavy though… Which is why I am leaning towards the TOYOs this time around

I really like the look of this size tire. Do you just have yours leveled? Is that 2 or 4wd?

Guess I'm the odd man out. I don't like the Toyo ATIII at all. It's ugly, sidewalls are less aggressive than the ATII Xtreme sizes, center tread looks like a 1980s design, they're heavier, and they are WAY over priced compared to the competition.

But, that's why it's great to have options for everyone!

Hope they work out for you. Had one set and never again. 15k miles in they got real slick in rain. Noisy as hell at 25k. had them on for 50k and hated them.

Mpg hasn’t gone down much. Haven’t spent a lot of time on the highway. In town I’m around 14.5-15.5. I really thought the lt tires would have been more noticeable than they are. My wife was worried about that and we ran errands yesterday and she was pleasantly surprised by how good it rode. toyo changed the tread pattern on this model to deduct the open spaces in the tread that made a lot of noise on the open country 2. I think it’s a good design.

They also changed the compound of the rubber to be more friendly in the rain and snow. You are right, wet conditions were a big issue with the old design.

still liking these tires? these are my top choice now, I'm just worried about the LT / harsh ride.
