After 6+ weeks waiting , the new etorque was put into my vehicle. Interesting it only has a 2 yr warranty per the service advisor. A big drop from 8.

What? Normally warranties continue from the original date. Ie if it had 8 it would still be 8 from the original date. I’m thinking he misinformed you.

Would probbly have a 2 year warranty if it wasn't a warranty part itself and you just bought it off the shelf.
