Is there a way to update it from a sdcard ? I know you can save your setting to sdcard

I am also one of those who hasn't received an update, though I haven't been to a dealer to address. I also haven't had the miles on Mopar.com update since 6/19/19 of last year. Probably also explains why the Uconnect app didnt work. Going to take her in to the dealer soon for oil change and rotation and to look at that (as well as replace a light fixture in one of my Ramboxes).
If your radio is working fine be thankful it is not updating. Mine updated and started drawing the battery flat overnight. It's been in the shop since May 28. THE current ETA for a new radio is 7/14 I'll believe it when I see it. If your radio does what you want it to do, don't complain or try to force it to update. You could in effect brick your truck until the factory making 12" radios get past their COVID issues.
Never. Still on 18.27.17 here (with EQ 3.4).

With my 2 updates I'm on 20.04.01 and EQ 4.1. I don't know what I started at when I bought the truck, and I think the last update was around a month ago.

I purchase my limited in August of 2018 with a may 2018 build date. Never received or been prompted for an update.

Yes, you can download the file to a USB stick and then use it to update.
Wow...that's the oldest software version I've seen! (Took delivery of mine in September '18...it had a couple of early updates, but I've been on 18.27.17 ever since.)
Exact same boat as you. Even had new module installed sept. 2018 because the nav would not work from date of purchase.

Knock on wood, but the only issues I have had was had the amp software updated and the trucks battery has been completely drained requiring a car hauler to the dealer twice. once in April of 19 and just last month. They have never been able to diagnose a problem just performed a deep battery charge. This last time they told me I don't drive it enough. I have just over 10,000 miles on it. I drive it everyday to work, but I live 2 miles from work.

Where can you find the update to install via USB? I upgraded my 4C Nav to the 12C Nav and the dealer cannot update since the embedded module VIN is different than my VIN. My Nav is outdated it seems and does not show all the roads and streets that I know are there. My update is 17 something if I recall from seeing it this morning
