2020 3500 diesel towing a Jayco 5th wheel. After plugging in 7 pin and going to screen to pick the 5 th wheel / gooseneck option for trailer brakes it says trailer not compatible, consequent staying in light electric brakes. Every time on my trip to Florida I hook back up same thing. Ram dealer says trailer is fault, Jayco says there is module to make truck and trailer communicate. Called dealer I bought from and said he would look into it. 3 weeks now and nothing. Searched internet and nothing, anyone else with this problem and any solutions?
