Leather dash lifting away and crating bubbles, seats peeling

It’s starting to spread on my dash now too. Was barely noticeable to my on driver side near dash speaker… but now it’s growing.

I’m diving in with the glue/23 ga needle idea and also buying some leather rollers. Total Amazon order = $43.31 and I’m pretty confident this will work.

I also did the fix on my brake light to stop the headliner water stains and thus far that’s been great (haven’t cleaned the headliner yet but will post that too).
