Internet connection

I’m curious where does the internet connection come from with the SiriusXM search function and channels 700 and up? Sometimes it has internet connection and sometimes it doesn’t.

Yeah it almost need line-of-sight with the satellite (wherever it happens to be at that moment). I've lost mine under trees, under drive-thru overhangs, in garage, etc...

Sorry, I started writing a reply and didn't notice i posted lol
It has an LTE connection, no need for subscription unless you want to share WiFi as mobile hotspot.
