Was just getting ready too. Lol. Atleast we know we are on the same page. Sometimes when I read stuff, especially from Allpar experience, I get worried about if the info is as good as it reads.

Thanks.

Looks like Ram did execute the plan well, hope suppliers and the new workers can get these trucks to were we all want them.

They said they where going to sell these high end, tech savy, luxuary trucks. 46k the average price on Ram and 42k average on a Ford
...and that is with all the great info here on how to get the best deal ever.

Andthey still offer the classic for the crosshair and the lower trims.

Great idea.

But if one is waiting to order and the options are either not yet available (6'4" Ram Box, Ecodiesel) or have been recently removed from the dealer's order pages (5.7 L eTorque), it's a pretty frustrating experience. On the buyer's end of the equation, it looks like Ram is having trouble executing their plan. Not trying to be negative or bag on Ram, but the 2019 DT 1500 startup has definitely been a difficult birth so far. I hope with Mike Manley this involved, the Ram production folks get all of the resources they need. Thanks for the article link, very interesting indeed.

6'4 bed RamBox was never listed originally, and the EcoDiesel was and is still in limbo.

The EcoDiesel is being reworked and will be released when timing is right for another award...unfortunately that means people have to wait for what they want...which sucks, but atleast they have most options available now...except that darn bed step.

And the eTorque take rate is way higher than RAM expected.
