Just put the morimoto fogs in and can’t wait for night to come! I’m putting led headlights in tomorrow to complete the front lights

Just installed the Morimoto Fogs yesterday. My stock fog light was completely shattered from a rock on the highway. Installation took less than an hour with the truck sitting level in the driveway but, would've been way easier if I took the plastics off the front fender well completely. Throwing up some pictures of install in case anyone is interested in making the change to these LEDs. Personally I think they look much better.

All you have to do is lay on the ground and reach up to pull out the fogs. No need to disassemble anything. It takes 20 minutes start to finish that way.

Does your truck not have the highway splitter that comes down? My arms would never fit that gap, but without the splitter that would definitely be easier

Mine flicker slightly. Anybody else experience this? It’s only noticeable in the casted light agaisnt a wall or garage door, etc. Can’t see it looking directly at the lights themselves. Needless to say, a little disappointed in these. I specifically wanted LED modules so that they wouldn’t flicker as opposed to just installing LED bulbs in the stock housings.

Yea it does, when you are under it you can reach around it pretty easily.

Mine still don't flicker in the slightest. You should tell TRS to send you another set.

@moosem I would test it out and let you know, but my truck is currently stranded at the tint shop. Had the windshield tinted and now it won't start.

All these tint shops are soaking electronics with their slip solution. Should start fine once it dries.

Loved these on my tundra.
I was happy with the factory led fog lights though.

We would be too if our trucks had them. Clearly this mod is for halogen trucks, not led models.
