I am a new owner of the 2019 Ram Limited and love this truck.

Recently the Navigation says offline & does not work or find any address. Please help. Also the sunroof keeps having wind noise even after adjusting it 4 times at the dealership. Is anyone else having this issue or is this something I have to live with? This truck cost too much money to have this "simple" issue that cannot be fixed.

The 2019 limited is a pure pleasure to drive, I just purchased a 2500 cummins
BUT at 3k miles all computers went down! Had it towed to dealer and was told 10-14days min. Parts need to come from Detroit
When it comes to electrical I worry repeat problems in future. Anyone else experience this problem?

I have a 5th gen 1500 still in warranty and Nav, UConnect, SOS and Assist functions no longer working, dealer states FCA won’t allow them to replace radio to fix, Ram Care says needs software update with no ETA on when fix will come. FCA doesn’t care about their warranty obligations and as you will/ have read on this forum, electrical failures are common with no warranty support. we are both in same position, paid for functions and warranty only to have neither. Not sure what to do, maybe take the loss and try another manufacturer who honors their warranty obligations. I hope you get your issues fixed!
