I'm interested in how many miles people have on there eco diesel and what if any problems they have had. Maybe add your oil change interval, and if you have had it tuned in as well.

Oil every 7500, fuel filter ever 15k.
DEF from the pump at a local Thornton's Station.
Never done a drop of any additives. No Tune, maybe after warranty is up. So far so good!

Stock Rebel, no tunes.
64,000km no engine troubles, oil changes done by truck’s requests, usually between 15,000 and 16,000km, done at the local dealer, 5w40 Shell Rotella T6 for all oil changes, it’s not the oil that the manual specifies but is what the dealer recommends and uses for all diesels, 5.9 or 6.7L Cummins and 3L VM Motori old and new generations Ecodiesel. OEM oil filters/fuel filters, fuel filter done every second oil changes. No fuel additives used, waiting for the fuel pump recall fix. I am unsure about starting to use fuel additives, the manual does not recommend it but many people do.
Towed a small 14 1/2 foot travel trailer for two trips, 2,000km and 10,000km. 20 mpg hand calculated, that’s with the wind skirt added between the truck and trailer.
Towed an enclosed trailer 8X16 for several trips totaling 5,000km

Last night I hit 19,000 miles. (BTW, only 380 hours of non-idle on the engine. Those are exact numbers. So, yeah, I guess my truck has a 50mph average so far in its life. ;) )

Oil at 2,500, then every 7,500. I use Amsoil cetane boost AND Amsoil deisel injector clean/lubricant every fill up. (Hopefully this will forestall any CP4 pump failure until the recall can be done.)

Some light towing.

No problems at all, engine-wise. I do have the window leak.

Just rolled 36,000 miles and not a hiccup yet. Been running the Pennzoil Euro Spec oil and changing it every 5k miles. truck does 50/50 city/highway. Blue Sky DEF used at every oil change. Also waiting for the injection pump recall, but so far so good. Love the truck and it's little Italian diesel engine :)

120,000 miles, I've used Rotella T-6 since first oil change, also run truck stop DEF. I haven't had any mechanical issues yet, and the only issue I have had were that the auto high beams would disable themselves for no reason.
cdsons,
I was hoping to see lots of trucks with High Milage on them without any issues, I have 17,000 miles and my fuel pump blew up and truck was down for 6 weeks. Nice to see someone using Shell Rotella oil without any issues. I worked at a shell station in the 70's and the mechanic said it was thew best oil ever. I want to use it but don't want to void the warranty, I change the oil every 4000 miles myself. I not to concerned about the DEF but I'm thinking about using an additive, you didn't mention you use...do you? Thanks for your reply.

4990 miles at 13 months of ownership. I only usually use it to tow my RZR around.

Oil changed last month as I hit 12 months and 4300 miles; oil life monitor still showed 53%. No issues so far other than misaligned exhaust tips at delivery.

Just had the Y81 recall performed during the oil change trip and they put my truck on their list for the HPFP recall as they said they will only be able to order two HPFPs a week.

5w40 Shell Rotella T6 for all oil changes,
Stop using Rotella - it's not supposed to be used in these engines. Stellantis even put out a bulletin telling dealers to stop putting it in vehicles. Your service department is apparently a bunch of ignoramuses.

This is from an earlier post from CDSONS

2020 Laramie 4x4 EcoDiesel

My truck has 65,000 km and I will keep using the Shell Rotella T6.

My 2020 Laramie had 22,000 trouble free miles when I traded it in for my 2021 Longhorn. The Longhorn now has 27,000 trouble free miles. I use Hotshot EDT at every fill up and have the dealer do the oil changes using MOPAR/Pennzoil oil. I average 23-24 MPG driving a mix of city and highway. Pure highway driving gets me 28-29 MPG (hand calculated).

2021 Limited with 33,000 miles. Oil change approx 7,500 miles. No tune, everything stock. Run 4auto all the time and get around 24 mpg average (based on internal mpg calculator which I have not reset since new), but most is highway, probably 2/3 of the miles. Tow a 26 ft enclosed car trailer about 10 times a year for racing so not very hard duty - probably around 2-3,000 miles per year.

No engine or transmission issues but did have a dash replaced due to leather buckling and a new Uconnect ver 4 12in due to upgrade problems. Oh yeah, had passenger visor replaced due to lousy hinge design which broke under normal use. I guess I'll have the HPFP replaced sometime in 2023. Very solid truck.
