Long story short, I wasnt paying attention and put windshield washer fluid in the radiator cap. Pumped it back out but I am sure there is still.some left in there. Will this be a problem?

If you didn’t run it at all then you’ve drained the radiator, you got almost all of it. If you Did run it just fill the radiator with water and run it then drain. Do this a couple times letting it come up to temp and then cool down. It’ll get it diluted enough to be fine.

Windshield washer fluid is usually alcohol and water. The alcohol is gonna evaporate when the engine warms up. I doubt you'll do any harm to the engine, and draining and refilling is mostly unnecessary.

I always thought the front cap is a reservoir, not the radiator itself, assuming you didn't drive the truck, removing and replacing that fluid should fix your issue.

Just saw the yellow cap, and didnt even look since this is the first time I added washer fluid since I had the truck. Hopefully the alcohol will flash off quickly. Thanks guys.
