Gen5 22" Rim Custom Center Caps

Has anyone found custom center caps for the black 22" rims? I'm wanting to replace the Ram logo cap with hopefully a superman logo, but I'm not sure what size I need to buy, or if there is even a retailer out there that does this. Extra points if they ship to Canada.
