I can confirm a full size 20 inch wheel with a 275/60R20 tire on it fits perfectly under the truck!

That tire is 33" tall and 11" wide. It looks like it is within 10ths of an inch of maximum capacity. Equally challenging, it looks as if it is the lowest part of the car.

A 285/60 or 296/60 would be taller and may not fit.

A 285/55 or 295/55 have smaller diameters, but it looks like the 275/60 is already the lowest point of the suspended chassis. A 295 would be nearly and inch lower.

Got my oil change done earlier this week at the dealership I used to work at. During the service the technician and I lifted up a 295/60/20 Falken AT3W and it would not fit within the metal shield around the spare tire. The pictures above show a 33” will barely fit in that space. On the last generation truck a 34” was the maximum that could fit underneath without modification. I bet if the metal shielding was removed the maximum tire diameter is likely to be 33.5”-34”

I’ll have more information on this next spring. I know that is a long time from now but that is when I am doing my lift wheels and tires.
