I live in Texas, and it gets hot, especially on the inside of a truck. I have noticed that the front 2 USB ports stop working when I first get in the truck, after an hour of running, when the AC has cooled the dash, they start working again. The center console USB ports and the rear 2 ports are not affected in this way. But I use the front ports to connect a CarLinkIt 2.0, so that CarPlay is wireless.

Has anyone else seen similar issues?

PS. I am already booked in to have the audio amp firmware updated due to crackling front dash speakers. But i can imagine that is the cause of my USB problem.... but you never know.

Thanks in advance!
