Falken Wildpeak M/Ts on Fuel Vapors! HELP!

So I’ve decided on this combo with a ton of research and shopping around. My 18’ 2500 Tradesman is stock but will be going with a leveling kit at Big 10 Tire in Madison, MS. I would like an 18” wheel with a 35” tire. Can someone A) tell me if this is doable without any rubbing and B) help me with specific tire and wheel measurements so I don’t sound like a dummy when I go to request this?

I don’t understand how any of this is measured and I’m incredibly confused. Please help a junior out
