I have had Sirius/XM for the last few years. I had alerts set to notify me when a certain song/artist was playing. I cancelled the service but failed to remove the user account and alerts before hand. I still have the alerts popping up on my screen. I can not remove the user profile or cancel the alerts because those options are grayed out since I cancelled. I guess I will have to wait till a Sirius has a free weekend promo to try to remove the profile. Its minor but still annoying.
