I recently purchased a 7x14 cargo trailer for a mobile wood shop of sorts. And being as I realized it was a high risk for being stolen After I got it home 🤦‍♂️, I've been spending way more only than I had intended making it thief resistant. When I got to putting on the wheel locking lug nuts everything went according to plan until I tried to snap the lug cover housing back on the wheel. It's the plastic chrome thing that you have to pry off to get at the lug nuts..

The wheel lock is too big to friction fit the housing over. So... what am I to do. Anyone dealt with this problem?
I figure ill dremel one of the lug spaces out and hope it still grabs on the wheel as it should. But figured I'd ask here first
