Those RamBox's look perfectly lined up! I do like those Longhorn wheels and I still love the Longhorn wood trim.

Been anxiously waiting seeing these pics.

Truck looks great. Love the Panoramic roof. The interior is amazing. Delmonico red is by far my favorite color of the new trucks.

I am gonna guess the wait now seems very much worth it.

Thanks, @devildodge.

I was surprised at how similar the Delmonico Red looks to my old GMC's Toreador Red. I'm glad I liked that color so much. The Delmonico looks outstanding in the sunlight. I LOVE the Longhorn grille, and as @Edwards agrees, the Longhorn wheels just look 'right'. I'll probably go with slightly oversized tires when I replace them, but I'm perfectly happy with the Falkens.

I'm very impressed with the look, feel, and smell of the interior...definitely a high-quality leather. It's like climbing into a saddle shop.

I was also pleased at the effect that adding RamBoxes, fender flares (standard on Longhorn/Limited), and the 4x4 sticker (Off Road Group) have on the bedside of the truck. The truck design feels more balanced (to me) with these additional details.

I can not agree more, and I can almost smell the leather...awesome.

I seen your comparison. Between your 2003 (wish our 2003 Ram looked that rust free) and the new Ram. Since Ram has taken a slamming from the Big Rig guys, and since there is no doubt over the years the other guys mimicked the Ram...I wonder if that has something to do with their direction...make other brand fans feel more comfortable with the new look.

Interesting.

This thread is back from the grave 3 1/2 years later!
There’s a thread going around about Longhorns, so I reshared this post in that thread. 3 1/2 years later, “Tex III” still looks like new…now with 25K miles.
