I probably gonna cut my coils instead of replacing. I’m wanting a 1-3 drop. Can the rear shocks work with this or I need drop shocks? I’m also gonna put 22x10 wheels with 305/45/22 tires. This this setup will look perfect.

Here’s my 3/5 on 285/45/22 for reference...

That’s sweet. The 285 is 32.1, the 305 is 32.8 so couple that with a 1-3 and it’ll look close to your look as far as eating up fender well but will be overall higher.

New trucks are different than the 4th Gens, I don't believe you can just cut the springs up front. It now has a strut assembly like the 4wd.

Gotcha. I never looked yet to see it was different. Guess I'll have to wait for someone to make the adjustable struts.

There are a few kits out in which you change your a arms. From the research I've done that's basically what we're going to get.
I used a set of leveling springs on the back of my truck and I'm going with a 22 inch wheel with a 305 45-22 tire to fill in the gap.
The leveling springs are only about $150 and you don't have to change the shocks when you use them
