Just installed a Course Motorsports Magnetic wireless charger. Places the phone in a great spot. Unfortunately after a second or two it stops charging. Can’t seem to fine any info on the web.

Was wondering if anyone has had this issue?

I’m going to call them tomorrow but I figured I reach out here too. I have a iPhone X and I induction charge it ever night so I know that’s not the issue.

Just wanted to update. The issue was my phone decided to take a **** the day I installed it. Would not wireless charge anymore. Bought new phone good to go
