Coolant Leak

Noticed reddish fluid on the garage floor that leaked from my 2019. So, thought it was a simple fix. Nope, dealer found a cracked cylinder that caused the leak. Of course the parts are backordered and they will update me tomorrow on when they expect the parts.

200 Miles under the 36,000 new vehicle warranty, so that was the good news and I am really glad I spent the money for the extended warranty . . . . I think this truck is going to need it ;-(

Message @RamCares to expedite the process for the backordered parts. Has helped me before.

Taking the advice above, I messaged RAMcares with the issue of no replacement cylinders for my truck, including my contact information, dealer name, VIN, etc. The message was unanswered since Friday and since was deleted by them (I assume).

I guess earlier comments about them being just window dressing is true.

Meanwhile I remain without a truck……
