Changed out my center console lid today. Had the base, nondescript one, bought one online with the Ram on it (the one that comes in the Laramie). I couldn't find much online in the way of how-to, so I took some pics. Hopefully this helps the next guy looking to do this. Rather than type out all the steps, I'll post pics of the process, and I'd be happy to answer any questions or give some in depth descriptions if anyone needs them: IMG_3417.JPG IMG_3419.JPG IMG_3420.JPG IMG_3426.JPG IMG_3428.JPG IMG_3431.JPG IMG_3432.JPG IMG_3436.JPG IMG_3437.JPG IMG_3439.JPG

Thanks! I was concerned about disassembling the rear cap area, I actually ended up taking more apart than I needed to. Definitely a fun little project

When I did mine, I just left it installed. I opened it up and removed the inner cover and then the top. No need to remove it from the console. Took 5 minutes.

Thank you for taking the time to explain the process.
