I installed an overland bed rack, and I'm in the middle of wiring up the following:

Two rock lights on each side of the rack (4 total) and one rear 6" light bar.

The question I have is a power source.
I am looking at splicing a relay into the constant 12v trailer lead. BUT...

I REALLY want to wire them into the cargo light tracer to use the same switch, but I can't seem to find any work around to turn them on while driving.

I really do not want to add another switch in the cab.

The lights will be used to see rocks/trees/debris while light offroading at night

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I really like that setup, hide the relay under the bed so no through cab connections. I could also add a switch in the bed in case the relay has issues with the RF while off the beaten path. I would just have to get out of the truck to turn the lights on

OR YOU COULD GET A AUXBEAM SWITCH PANEL OR LOOK INTO ADDING THE UPFITTER SWITCHES THAT COME OEM ON OTHER TRIMS OR I THINK 2500'S
