I just purchased a white big horn crew cab sport and looking for a cap. Not many companies with 2019 models out yet that I've seen. Hoping for recommendations that look clean, fit body lines well, and seal well. Looking for more of a sporty look than utility and don't want a high roof.
Thanks

I'm waiting on ARE to get the Z-series ready. I've "preordered" through my local dealer, but I'm hearing that it could be as late as the middle to end of October before they have them ready to start shipping...and that it might take 6-8 weeks after that to actually get it. :(

I had the Z-series on my 2010 Silverado with a BedRug, and for my purposes, it was the perfect setup....hoping to do the same on the new RAM - and hoping to have it in the next few days. (It hit the rail yard in Memphis, TN a couple of days ago, so it should be here SOON). :)

I have hesitations on the Z series. Not sure if it's an optical illusion or not, but I don't like how the side window looks like it slopes downward in the front.

On my current one, the front of the side glass has about the same angle as the front of the topper itself.

Saw that ARE has the V Series and the Overland Series listed on their website as available. Called my local dealer (Goss in Little Rock) today to ask about the electronic lock feature that is available on the Z Series. They told me that ARE has indicated that the Z Series may not be available until after the first of the year.... :(

Thinking I may try to call ARE directly tomorrow and see if this is accurate. Last time I spoke to them, they were estimating October.

LEER has released a series of four caps for the 2019 Ram. You can see them on their website.

1-3 months at least until the 100XQ is available for either bed size...

Quoted price for the Crew with a 6'4" is $2700...
When the hell did these things get so damned expensive... granted the last one I bought was back in 2005-ish, but still.

Just saw on ARE's website last night that they have released the new CX-REVO series for Ford, Chevy, and Toyota Tundra. The back glass is formed to fit the curve of the tailgates. It looks like this might be the topper for me - if/when they produce it for the 2019 Ram. I sent them an email last night asking when it would be available. Not sure how it compares to the Z-Series, or if they are planning on making the same kind of back glass on the Z, but it does look nice in the pics at least.

For those of you who contacted ARE... did they provide an expected availability date for the CX Revo or the Z Series?

I contacted LEER directly and they stated they are hoping to have the 100XQ and 100XL by December.

A couple months ago I ordered the ARE LSII Series tonneau cover and it took 5 weeks for it to be fabricated and color matched to truck. Locks and unlocks w key fob...$1600. Rear end matches the hood design which is pretty cool.

I prefer ARE but they better get off their collective butts or I will order a LEER.
How long did they say it would take?

Local dealer was of no use, contacted ARE directly last month and they stated "we have no release date for this unit (Z or CX REVO) for the 2019 RAM 6'4" bed"
