We live in Colorado and went up to the mountains this weekend. We noticed the built in nav was a bit off and didn't show our elevation. Fast forward to today, and it looks like it's not receiving a signal from the gps (see pic). It thinks I'm in some ocean, which I assure you is far away from colorado. Any thoughts on what this might be?

I did install. Razer dt to adjust the tire size, but pulled it out on Sunday (still keeps the tire adjustment). Possible this is causing the issue?

My First Garmin NUVI started losing Satellite reception at about 3 Months.
It was replaced with a Refurbished unit by Garmin. That one lasted 3 Days
before it started the same thing. Had Garmin replace it with another new unit.
That one lasted a bit longer. Turns out the antenna switching chip would fail
and connect it to a nonexistant external antenna.

I purchased an antenna for it,(better reception anyway). Purchased some
replacement chips $1.50 ea. Replaced the chip and added a 1K resistor to
ground. which kept the chip from failing again. Stuck the extra chips inside
the unit just in case it does fail again.

Cool story, but how is this relevant to the unit in the RAM?

Try putting tazer back in do full reboot. This is in the Tazer menu. Check and see if this fixes the problem.

Nothing I was able to do fixed the problem. Scheduled a service appointment.
