Id like to have something similar for mounting recovery gear like the Hi-Lift, Traxx, per tank, etc. Does anyone know a manufacture that makes something similar?

Those are cool, but kind of expensive for what it is unless you are dead set on utilizing the MOLLE system... Since these trucks already have a nice set of holes for the factory option cargo management system, maybe just use that as a layout for your own side rack made from something like 3/4" marine grade plywood, and just have it bedlined after your done getting it all setup with your gear?

Saw these at Home Depot for $40 a go. Very solid latches with locks. If you have a cover no worries. I’m picking up several. Water proof and washable. It’s where my gear is going

In my thread here I went with the Husky 45L Box but I like that Milwaukee posted above - looks rugged + tons of tie down options.

I have that Dewalt posted above and it's too tall to fit under a cover, plus that suckers heavy on it's own, which makes it not very manageable by one person when loaded.

Another consideration; the Husky 45L can fit on the backseat floor with the single seat up, allowing you to displace it from the bed when needed; and in the months since i've had it, I have done that at least half a dozen times

I decided to make my own...
Its solid, and fully adjustable to what gear I am using. I will post more when I have finished it and its in use

Its rough right now, ill rhino line it later and put up some pics. For less then $250 I have both bedside completed, with plenty of extra material to redesign it for any situation or gear. Its removable, and it also locks to the truck, and locks gear(until I get a lockable bed cover).

I've thought about building something like this too, as there doesn't seem to be anything marketed for the 5th gen yet. But after seeing how much work this guys put into his, I will wait and gladly pay $295.

They also sell just the top plate you can mount somewhere for easy removal and secure latching to the bed in some way. The Packout system is pretty slick.
