I never got along well with the Sync systems in my previous Fords. My Ridgeline had great nav, but the voice control stuff sucked bad and the infotainment system was so sluggish whenever you asked it to do anything new. What a fantastic experience I've had with the system in my new Ram! Voice control is lightning fast and accurate. It just works! Nav, so far, has been great also. The giant screen is obviously a huge selling feature for many. If it doesn't bug out on me it'll be my favorite part of the truck.
