My dealer has no idea how to do or find the update. How do I prove it to them that the update actually exists? Thanks!

I'm sure they know exactly where to look, they're playing dumb. Dealers don't like doing this type of work because RAM only pays them a certain amount, and it ALWAYS takes longer than the manufacturer says.

I picked my truck up yesterday the amp update is well worth it . the only issue i had is that the dealer took 4 days to complete it for some reason the update took out the air suspension so everything had to be re configured.

I already checked some common issue I found online but the amp is still hot...any suggestions or should I just go to a mechanic? Would want to save some cash...
