Allow Notices to make and manage phone calls?

What is this? I know my subs have expired and I'm not renewing them, but I don't understand what this is trying to do.
I went ahead and denied it. Just looking for info. Thanks

"Notices" is an app on the Android side of the radio.
Not sure why you're getting that popup.

You don't need to allow it as your head unit doesn't place phone calls. Using AA or Carplay to make calls is completely different.
