I finally got my Bilstein 5100's installed on the front today. The truck still needs to settle a bit (tad high in the front). I am going to drive it a week, then head to the alignment shop. I have the shocks on the 5th setting. I did not change the UCA's. Next up some new tires/wheels! It was an extremely easy install. Cheers!

I think you have the spring seat upside down, which is why it's sitting so high. I stole this from another thread but this is how it should look.

Hey guys, I have a question. I put my Bilstein 5100's at the 5th setting, but the truck still has a 1 inch rake. Could I move the it up to the 6th setting? I looked at my UCA angle and it is literally perfectly level.

You shouldn’t be putting them up the 6th on a rebel. Atleast that’s bilsteins recommendation.

Going to be installing these on my Rebel.. Is there a Vid out specifically for a Rebel install? I know it’s different than a non Rebel model

Where did you purchase the 5100s?

Probably more to do with over compressing the spring vs uca angle. I used the 4th setting and a 1" spacer in the rear and have about 3/4" rear rake. Before a bit of settling and the rear spacer the 4th clip raised the front 2.25". After a week or so it settled right at 2".

Looks good! Mine still has a tad more rake than I would like but I'm loving the look.

I actually ordered a 1/2 inch spacer from motofab. That should put it within a 1/4 of an inch from the back. I didn't want the 2.5 inch spacer in concerns to a rough ride. So using the bilsteins for 2 inches of the lift, then only having a 1/2 inch spacer should be great.

UPDATE: Installed the 1/2 inch Moto-fab spacers. It sits within a 1/4 of an inch from front to back now. PERFECT. No difference in ride quality. So I did the bilsteins on setting 5 and added 1/2 top mount spacers. G2G.

Looks great! I’m also going with the 5100s and a 1/2 inch spacer from Wulf for my Rebel. Just waiting for stock on the Bilsteins!

2020 RaM Rebel here.. So at setting 5 you were not level with just the 5100’s? Getting mine in the mail tomorrow! Also, so you don’t have to use the adapter that comes with them correct? Just use the Spring perch that you have already with the stock shocks?
