I just took home my 2020 Ram 1500 last Thursday. After looking at it from behind it seemed the left side was lower.

So I took out my tape measurer and measured from ground to top of fender on both sides in the back and the left side is 2 inches lower.

I did the same thing for the front and they are exactly the same on both sides.

Has anyone with air suspension experienced this? I’ll be bringing it back to dealer next week.

I remember some time back that someone had an issue that one of the air shocks was programmed in metric and the rest in English. I guess it was easily fixed by the dealer

Hopefully an easy dealer fix for @diamondmi.

I really laughed when you said Metric and the rest in English, it is indeed like a foreign language! Us British have been saddled with the metric system for donkeys years, I know its supposed to be easy being factors of 10 but even though I grew up with it I find it completely confusing and cannot visualise any measurements, and weights are even worse.
