2021 1500 Bighorn, 70,000 kms dealer maintenance recommendations.. I don't trust them.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation recently... yes as part of a maintenance package.
Once done, they are stating I need 4x4 service, $800.00... estimate.
Do you have thoughts on that? Is it truly needed, or can I wait?

Secondly, they suggested engine and cabin air filter replacements... I can do those... which ones do you recommend.

I'm in Ontario Canada, just for clarity.
