Does anyone know when you would need to order by to get a 2019 model before 2020 production begins?

Ordered my 2019 Longhorn today. Dealer said 2020 orders are rumored to open in July. True or not, who knows. All I know is that orders for 2019s were still open as of today.

Here’s the build:
2019 Longhorn 4x4 5’7” bed
Maximum steel exterior
Black/New saddle interior
5.7 Hemi
3.92
eLocker
33gal tank
Air suspension
Brake controller
Level 1
Advanced safety group
Deployable bed step

Very nice. Surprised you got to order a 19 so late. Could be that they were already building a truck with the specs you wanted so that allowed the order to go through. Who knows awesome none the less.

I was told that the Etorque engine and Off-road package was unavailable on the Longhorn if I placed an order and has been unavailable for some time. Anyone else heard anything similar or know exactly why (recalls, lack of parts, etc)?

I have been trying to order this combination since December and have heard various explanations on why the combination is on restriction. In the end the story that made the most sense was that it was an MPG issue with combined weight of the Etorque, ORG, and (potential) RAMBox. You can get the combination if you are willing to go with the 6.4 bed, but not the 5.7 with Etorque. Apparently they decided not to update their interface to restrict the combination /when/ there is RAMBox and just disabled the pairing on /all/ trims with a 5.7 bed.

The specialist that I talked to stated that they'd likely offer the combination on the 2020s when they re-computed the MPG numbers if I wanted to wait. I ended up finally writing it off and ordering Etorque + RAMBox without ORG.

I ordered mine about 4 weeks ago. Just shy of 4 weeks and they called me yesterday to say that it's in shipment. Supposedly just 120 miles away from me in Petersburg Va. They said it ought to be on the next truck to the dealer. I hope so.

BigHorn - Crew - 4x4 - v8(non etorque) - 3.21 rear - Short Box - Billet Silver - Diesel Grey Buckets - 20 inch wheels - Alpine sound - Pano Sunroof - Level 2 Equip group - 8 inch screen - Rubber floor mats.

Fingers crossed.

What kind of deals were you all getting on your orders? Are some of your deals just as good as if you bought something off the dealer inventory?

TheRays - For my factory order, I received 6% under invoice, plus $2200 price protected rebates. Once the truck comes in, I will also get whatever incentives/rebates are available at that time.

For me it seems I get a combination of all the factory rebates until the truck arrives. But Military Auto Sales is a bit different because it's overseas. I will end up paying more for my truck than if I was back in the states but I got another couple years left and am tired of being out of a truck.

Off lot. Big Horn Crew, V8 long bed, 4wd, cloth seats, rubber mats, metallic steel, good enough for me - $35,400 out the door (that is, tax and tags and freight included). Hope it was a good price. I was happy.

But no Destination Fees :)
I miss that!

I'm STILL waiting for my order confirmation.
Dealer and Area Rep have been unable to order the eTorque with the Panoramic Roof .. ?

So WED I told them to go ahead and order standard HEMI instead and I'll just throw on a supercharger later.

I stopped by yesterday and they hadn't got the order placed .. come on guys!!!
