2019 Ram 1500 - humming/vibration

Looking for some advice. 41k miles 1500 BigHorn
Had a somewhat heavy load (college move out day type stuff) yesterday and driving at all speeds, I picked up vibrations and wheening roars from what sounded like below truck pretty consistently. The only thing that stopped the sounds was putting truck in neutral while driving. The sound would go away pretty quickly. I just drove it again with no load and no longer hear anything. Any thoughts on engine "over working" revving with load that goes away when switched to neutral and gone with no load in truck? Thank you

Is this a Hemi? Probably a malfunction in the active noise cancelation system. This can happen if the back seat is full of stuff. There is/was a TSB

it is a Hemi...back seat was full as was truck bed but it wasnt a ton of weight. thank you though
