Just got my new tires put on today. Have already done the Revel Performance leveling links(more about that later). No rubbing or cutting of any sort!

I hearth Revel Performance leveling links cause issues in Off road 1 and off road 2? how did you set it up to avoid this or are you running the system with the error? I really want that exact tire set up but I want to run as close to stock performance as possible.

The only problem I incurred was accidentally going past level as I guess and checked with the links. I adjusted the links too much and it gave a nose up look and threw a suspension error code. I adjusted the links to a less aggressive length and came very close to level. Unfortunately the ride quality suffered tremendously and completely made the air ride worthless. Since then I added the Daystar polyurethane leveling kit for the 2018 regular suspension and it was night/day. The stock ride comfort was restored and gave me the ability to run the 35x11.50x20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers with ZERO issues. I was even able to lower the truck into Entry/Exit mode and park in a parking garage in downtown last night.

Thanks for that info! So that Daystar polyurethane leveling kit worked with three 19 air suspension? Can you drop a link! I appreciate your reply.

It did. Make sure you and your local shop have a good talk prior and that they understand how and what they’re doing.

Awe man, I’m in Dallas. That’s close enough to consider going there. Can you dm me and idea of how much they charged for everything and how long it took?

Mainly just didn’t want the tires to stick out from the fenders and didn’t want to run the risk of rubbing. I drive out to oil rigs and didn’t want to run the risk of throwing gravel rocks up and down the side of the truck.

I wouldn't get 4x4 if I didn't need it. Living in North Texas, I don't need it. But, we have a house back in Kentucky that we visit in the winter. I bought it solely for that reason. And I've used it and when you need it in treacherous conditions, it's worth every penny.

On your pics, where is your air suspension set at ? Have a non air truck with OR package coming this week and curious how it would compare.

I guess it’s hard to say where my air ride is set. I can still put the truck on OR1 and OR2. It’s as if the truck has relearned what normal is (probably OR1). I was even able to put it in entry/exit and drive into a parking garage with no worries.

Also I’ve got 3.92 gears with the Rough Country Speedometer calibrator to correct for the larger tire diameter.
