2019 1500 Larime

Hello first timer here. So I purchased a 2019 1500 Larime. It has 4k miles on it. Having trouble with lights. The Lights are not responding to switch functions nor are the dimmers. The lights are ON and only shut off when ignition is shut off, dimmers are also lit but don't adjust high or low. Anyone have issues with light switch? Next available appointment for service is mid February.....Thanks for feedback
