Imho a 0-60 / 8 mile competition is useless on a truck... which says a lot about how much sense those competitions make...

Something I noticed. Ram was the most consistent loaded and empty. Can hear the guys now. "Can't even tell it back there"

I dont know how those numbers can be right. I just came from a2017 4x4 sierra with 5.3 and 3:42 rear end to a new laramie 4x4 with the 5.7 and 3:92. 24 more cubes+40 more hp+lower gears in the rear end and tranny. my ram feels quite a bit quicker and tows my travel trailer much easier. my butt dyno must be off.

they were 6.2 10-speed trucks. the chevy had 3.23 gears and the sierra had 3.42 gears(max tow package). a 5.3 definately would have lost.
