Over the weekend I installed the 2" Motofab top hat leveling spacer, $35 from Ebay to my non ORP big horn night edition. You can see my measurement notes before and after below. Overall I gained 1.75" up front and still have about 7/8" of rake. The ride quality is close to stock, but is definitely a little stiffer up front when hitting potholes on my rough dirt road. Not terrible but a slight change. The install took about 3 hrs by myself and then to the shop for an alignment. Before and after pics of my UCA are here too, the angle isn't concerning to me but if I owned an ORP truck I would recommend swapping UCAs when doing the 2" level. May do eibachs in the future, but couldn't see tossing brand new struts without trying a spacer first.

I did the MotoFab 2” top hat spacer as well. I was really surprised with the ride change. It’s not that bad, but I couldn’t imagine how rough it would be with a preload spacer.

I agree, I really only notice it on the rough twp road I live on. Still rides way better than my fiancés wrangler!

I just ordered these spacers to get me through the wait of saving for some fox coil overs. I didn’t think ride quality would be that noticeable! I might just end up leaving it stock then and riding it out. I’m just tired of that rake! Haha

Nice looks great. I am thinking about doing this too. Are the UCA angles going to be a problem in the future?

Curious about that too. From all I've ready some people say it's good, others say it's best to change them.

I have the PN's for the Mopar 2" lift controls arms if you want to change them out :D I wrote them down so I had them for the future haha. They are about $55 dollars a piece. I might go this route in a few months.

So daily highway and city streets is not that noticeable? Do you happen to have any pictures straight for the side?

My engineered opinion is that if you have an ORP truck that is an inch higher from factory then i would swap control arms with a 2" level. Non ORP anything more than a 2" id suggest them.

very very minimal difference, just took a 300 mile trip to AC and it rode great in my opinion on the highway and what not. Only time i notice it is when dodging potholes and wash outs on the dirt road I live on. I'll get a picture after work.

Awesome! Appreciate the feedback. Can't wait to get mine installed and then eventually bump up to 275/60's.
