Mounted a 37” Spare in My RamBox Bed

Summary: 37” ridge grappler on factory Rebel wheel mounted vertically on the Driver wall of my RamBox bed. Why?: I’ve used ratchet straps previously to secure it vertically for years, but wanted something more permanent. With the RamBox setup, a flat bed mount or Baja mount takes a ton of the...

    Airlinks Vs Revel Air Links

Howdy All. I’ve been running homemade links (allthread and 8mm ball sockets) for 3 years now. Someone here mentioned Airlinks, so I went on their site and bought a front set for my 2019 1500 Rebel. The passenger link is 6mm (1/4”) longer than the driver, which is verified in their...

    Unable to Shift 4WD

Apologies if this is covered somewhere, I’m taking my baby to urgent care. Truck won’t shift out of 4wd high. There’s no yellow indicator showing what it’s in, but the dash shows 4wd high (what it was in when I parked last night. Buttons don’t do anything, no lights. Going to try disconnecting...

    U-Connect Update with Tazer DT

I installed my tazer a week ago- so far so good. Just got a message to update my u-connect system- any considerations with the tazer? Do I need to unmarry, update, remarry? Thanks!

    Adding a Block Heater

Has anyone added a block heater to their 5th gen 5.7L? Mine doesn’t have it but I’d like to add it. Searches revealed a bunch of people unable to find theirs behind the air box and one person that heard the heater was always installed, just not the cable. Any experience or part numbers would...

    Airing It Out

Took the Rebel to the ranch for the first time after all of the mods. Drove great down the highway too for about 1000miles this week. It’s a little rough on big rocks and such, but not much more than the factory air suspension. The bigger tires make the trails much easier- 2wd for most of the...

    37s Without a Lift?!

As in zero lift, zero level on a Rebel. I accidentally discovered something this morning. I have no rub in entry/exit height at any point during a turn. It gets within 1/4” in the back of the front fender well (pictured) but doesn’t touch. 37x11.5r18 ridge grapplers on factory Rebel rims, 1.25”...

    Mud Flaps with Fender Trim

Hey all, I’ve been reading a ton of posts on Mopar vs Weathertech Vs Gatorback mud flaps, but I can’t seem to find this: Has anyone installed mud flaps on trucks where they trimmed the back of the front wheel well to improve tire clearance? I’m referring to the sticky in the tire/wheel section...

    Utility Rail Spare Tire Mount

Has anyone seen or rigged up a way to use the bed rails to mount a spare vertically in the bed? Vertical right behind the driver side of the cab would be pretty slick. I was considering one of these, but it would require modifying the existing rails or cutting off a section of them...

    Modify Bump Stops with Level

After level, my lower control arm contacts the horns on the steering knuckle. Instead of going “full lock” the arm hits the horns on the knuckle and pushes the front of the truck down. Is anyone grinding these off or doing any other mods?

    Air Suspension Warning

Went over a nastier Houston bump in the road today while in Normal height. Less than a minute later, I got an air suspension warning. The ride still seems normal and I can air up and down. The light comes on after maybe a minute of turning the truck on and doesn’t go away. Any ideas? I’m leveled...

The Journey Toward a Bigger Rebel

First, big shout out to DieselDak and a bunch of other people in this forum for all of the great info on leveling the Rebel air suspension. Once I saw that 37s could fit on my air ride Rebel, I’ve been working on how to make it happen. To complicate it a little more, my parking garage has a...

Installed: AMP PowerStep on Air Ride Rebel

Just had the AMP research PowerSteps installed on the Rebel at 4WheelParts. I didn’t see any of these measurements anywhere else, so here they are! All stock so far. Step Up Height from Ground Entry/Exit: 6-3/4” Normal: 10” Off-road: 11” Distance from step to floorboard: 15” Some thoughts...

Bed Not Draining After Bed Liner

Hi All! I've been running around reading the forums for a while, and I can't seem to find any notes on my particular issue. I had a spray in bed liner put in my truck a couple weeks ago. Job seems to be decent, but with the high rake of the vehicle, it just holds water in the bed for hours...
