I thought I'd share my wheels. They are Fuel Forged FF104 in 22x10 with an offset of -18 riding on 305/45R22 Toyo Open Country A/T III tires. No level is required with air suspension at any ride level. Rubbing is almost non-existent, just a kiss from the tread at full lock left in reverse.
I traded my 2019 Laramie 4x2 Hemi for my dream truck, a special order 2020 Longhorn EcoDiesel 4x4 with the Off-Road Group, Air Suspension, 3.21 gears, Trailer Brake Controller, 33gal. Tank, Power Running Boards and nothing else.
I'm looking to go from my Longhorn's 20" Wildpeak A/Ts to the OEM 22" wheels with stock-sized tires, 285/45R22, in a more aggressive A/T.
I'm looking at the Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S. Anyone have experience with these tires?
Anyone running the stock Laramie 18s wrapped in stock sized BF Goodrich KO2s? Looking for pics of the white letters out versus the OWL Falkens that come with the Off Road Group.
Well I got them installed today. Dub Big Ballers in chrome sized 24"x10" +30 offset and Nankang SP-7s in 295/40R24. I wish the offset was was more like +15 or +20, so I think I'm gonna call up Lenny at Motorsport Tech in Nevada and have a set of 10mm hub and wheel-centric spacers made. Pretty...
I was quoted $300 to install the Mopar power running board accessory kit by my selling dealer when I inquired about the kit at the parts department. Well, I'm a genius so I bought the kit on eBay for $125 cheaper than the dealer and no tax to boot, but now they want over $500 to install them...
I had Aces Performance Exhaust on the Eastex Freeway in Houston swap out the stock muffler for a Borla XR-1 on their recommendation and I'm glad I listened to them. I was going to go Magnaflow but he said the Borla would drone less and after 3,000 miles of mostly 80MPH highway driving I can tell...
I found this 4th Gen online wearing 33x12.50R22 on 22"x10" -18 and it looks like a 2WD. I'm sure the same setup would work without any issues on a stock 5th Gen 4x4 with the Off-Road package.
Anyone running similar specs?
I'm looking for a pic of the stock 20" Laramie wheel on stock-size KO2s. I like the way they look with the white outline lettered Bridgestones, but I'm concerned the blackwall KO2s won't look as good.
Having never owned a Ram with the knob shifter, is there a way to change gear manually? I only use the manual mode on my F150 when I'm in the mountains, but it's very useful there.
If I'm honest, I wasn't too impressed with the photos I had seen of the DT Ram and having not been too impressed when I was looking at a 2016 Ram I was basically dismissing it as an also-ran.
That was before I got a chance to actually look at, touch, smell and taste... well, not taste... a DT...
Hi all, Andrew from Houston here. I had a chance to inspect a 2019 Ram recently and I was thoroughly impressed. I've always been a GM guy but recently started buying Fords. Both GM and Ford have been great, but this new Ram makes me want to give FCA a shot.
I built a Laramie Limited on the...
