It's possible that the latest update eliminated the choice for 3 minute loops. Anyone else have this issue? @Eighty maybe merge this thread with the big FitCamX thread so we don't have search two different threads?? Mine still has 1 or 3 minute loops and 2k-4k resolution.

They have been very responsive for me. You have to consider they are in China, so the time difference can slow down communication.

Did you reach out to FitCamx? I haven't read about a switch from 1-3 minute loops to just 1 minute loops.
