    Yeah, almost nowhere to run. Seems like they all are problematic these days. Even US built "imports". My wife's transmission on her for Ford Escape crapped the bed at 90K. All highway, no towing.

    Motofab 2.5” leveling kit installed

    I installed the Daystar with Readylift UCAs. For whatever reason the Motofab seemed to be putting the struts in a bind. A member here documented many struts in the same condition. This condition may not be detrimental, but I didn't like it. I will likely do Bilsteins down the road.

    I'd say $1,200 installed is a great deal. Best I've seen on eBay is $600+ just for the Katzkin's. Everything I've read suggests guys DIY one seat a day and struggle to do so.

    I agree. It's totally reasonable for a new vehicle to have a leaking rear window replaced, faulty power steering that sticks, squealing brakes, and an AC that cranks out 60F air. I have no idea what all the complaining is about

    I got hosed by the dealer pushing a 3rd party warranty. Got home and realized it wasn't even FCA. I called to cancel and they wound up switching it to FCA. Still way overpaid, my fault for not doing homework. Hadn't bought in 10yrs and was blindsided. My rationale was that this is my first FCA...

    Has anyone installed proper midbass 6x9s in the doors?

    No mods required. However only 2 screw holes lined up. If you want to get 4 screws in, then you will need to drill the 2 other holes in the plastic door mount. Oh, BTW which JL did you go with? My Alpine Type r 8 sounds great but I am already thinking about a JL 10 for more bass depth.
