OP, Do you have a 1500 or 2500? I suspect a 2500 because of the 8’ bed and towing a gooseneck trailer - not many 1500s have that capacity. That may explain why the fuse numbers and descriptions don’t line up. This forum is for 5th Gen 1500s. You may have better luck posting your question on...

@Slim, you must have used some magic key words or something. I tried the same and they told me no. Then they suggested I call customer incentives. Customer incentives told me no and suggested I call customer care. No check for me. :(

What were the exact words you used to get your check? I tried but kept getting the “we can’t help you once you have taken possession” line. And “call the Incentives department”. When I call incentives they say to call customer care. When I call customer care, they say to call incentives. Round...

Mine finally made to the dealer yesterday. 130 days from order to dealer delivery (not counting the 8 days they waited to actually place the order). Hope to pick it up this weekend. First DT Rambox at the dealership.

Glad to see that you are picking up a Ram - even if it is non-rambox. I don’t get those that can’t (or won’t) wait for their rambox and then go buy a Ford. At least you will still get the best ride, the best interior, the most legroom, the best 12” infotainment screen, etc. with your new Ram.
