Anyone have any tricks to repair/hide surface scratches on the plastic wheel arch of my ‘19 Rebel? I got some tree limb scrapes and buffed out the paintwork. But I’m not sure how to correct the plastic bits.

So a while back I standardized in cordless tool technology.
There are a lot of good ones out there, but I landed on the Milwaukee 18v system.
Sadly I discovered a nasty scratch from under the mirror, passenger side all the way back to the tail light.
I was pissed.

Tailgate is really tight on the passenger side, w/ a bigger gap on the drivers side. A simple body...
My drivers side windshield wiper seems loose so that it slipped and was in the wrong orientation.
I adjusted it and made sure the nut is tight. I still slips out of position often, now it seems so loose that it wont move at all with the other wiper.

Last week I picked up a new to me 2019 Rebel.
It's pretty decked out. Got it at auction w/ only 1400 miles. I live in Nashville, and it was bought then sold in PA. I had it shipped down.
It had two modifications. So I know it was purchased by an enthusiast.
1) the PO had removed the muffler...
Question about the PC (or equivalent).
Does this eliminate the slow return to idle? Ex: if I rev my engine, it almost seems to hang then slowly return to idle after I get off the pedal.
