(UPDATE: I FIGURED IT OUT, SEE BELOW!)
So I figure this is a long shot but here we go. So a few months back i had a cracked tail light ( which Ram wouldn't replace because "something must have come up off the road and cracked it". But that's another story) which was getting water in...
So I didn't find any good tutorials when I googled it, so I figured I would do a little write up to help out others. First off let me show you what the dealership did Today(How not to do it!!!) when they replaced my steering wheel. Then you will see how to remove it and place it correctly...
The issues with this truck are becoming absolutely ridiculous. Now after a year and a half of owning this truck and the laundry list of issues it has had and still has. I can add another huge one! Now for the second time today the whole infotainment system has gone haywire while driving. This...
UPDATE: DO NOT buy the small amber lights that you see below. They are absolute garbage and almost all the lenses fell off within 3 months causing the LEDs to fail.
A few weeks ago I decided that I wanted to add somemore running lights (which I still have some to add to the rear). While kicking...
The following will be a write up on how to remove the grille and install a new style grille. The steps can also be used to remove and reinstall the OEM grille.
You will need, AT MINIMUM the following tools:
Ratchet (I used an impact driver)
10mm socket
8mm socket
Plastic Pry kit

All right maybe someone can help. I have a 2019 Laramie. Factory LED headlights and taillights. I keep getting a "left blinker out" message and my mirror hyperflashes when the message appears. Anyone know about this or had it happen???
Is anyone with the 3.5" Readylift having the same problem as me and the lift is still raked to the front? Mine is 1/2" lower on the passenger side and 5/8" lower on the drivers side in the front.
Installed these last night to come on with the factory cargo light. This kit is awesome especially for the price point. If you want more info on the installation let me know.
So I figured I would throw together a little build write up of what I've done, am going to do in the near future, and what I hope to do in the long run.
To start off I installed a Ready lift 3.5" lift.
Then I installed some nice low profile back up lights.
A couple months later a nice GMC...
Installed my Borla ATAK this morning. Only took about 40 min. I LOVE the sound. Not to mention I picked it up for $600! :D Sorry for the rattle. I got rear ended so its touching the bumper...

Nothing like having the first brand new truck you have ever purchased rear ended in less than 6 months. On a positive note it took the 20mph hit REALLY well and my new exhaust and bumpers will be paid for!
Thought I would do a post on products I use that do really well for me. And also some tips when washing your trucks. This is purely my opinion and what has worked best for me. Note that I work in the refineries and my truck gets VERY dirty inside and out.
So to start with when cleaning your...
I was finally able to install my lift the other day. Took about 5 hours in total including unbolting my helper air bags and adding spacers. Still haven't decided on which wheels and tires I want, so for now she will be riding on the stocks until I can make up my mind.
So I jumped on the trusty Amazon this morning and found the Readylift 3.5" SST lift kit for $604!!! It will be here Wednesday and will be installing on the weekend. Pics coming soon! :D(y)
I've seen a few people asking about this and thought some people might find this helpful. Turns out upgrading to the factory LED tailights are as simple as plugging the new ones in!
So I decided to try the speakers seen below and I can say I'm definitely glad i did!!! They sound AMAZING and no trimming required! they are a direct fit as seen below.
Here is the link to buy them if interested...
This will be a write up for how I added my lights to help with visibility when backing up at night.
If you feel like I do, then one of the down falls of these trucks is they have very poor visibility at night when backing up. I wanted to add some lights but i didn't want some big eye-sore of...
