I'm doing mine finally this weekend and just had a question about removing the caliper bracket bolts. Do I need to do anything with the e brake? The instructions don't mention anything but just curious what others did.
Thanks
I know this is going to be vague, and irritatingly unhelpful to describe, but my hope is someone may have experienced this and can help me out.
2019 Rebel, with approx 100,000 kms (or 62,000 miles).
It sounds like a humming/vibrating/buzzing noise (I would describe it more as an electronic...
Went there this morning to ask if any TRX's are being expected (we're in Canada) and he said no, and none in the pipeline expected. And I said, huih, you're the second dealer that Ive been too with none being allocated, and he said, yeah, because this is the last year to get a V8? That surely...
I just ordered the kit and wonder if it is possible to put a larger capacity oil filter on there? I have the PacBrake relocation kit for the 5.7L Hemi. If so, anyone have a part number?
I'm always shocked by how tiny the OEM filters are for these trucks.....
I know it is (was?) a common issue and a TSB was released but my question is, what was the actual cause?
My 2019, when it is generally cold (below freezing) and wet/damp out, and backing out of the driveway in reverse, the brakes SQUEAL like crazy. So loud that it would wake the neighbours...
I'm in the market for a TRX and have been actively looking for one over the last 6 months or so. I started with a local dealer and after 4 different dealerships, the last one's financial manager told me the following in private.
Canadian's can NOT order a TRX. In fact, each dealer told me...
I recently installed some new rims/winter rubber and bought some OEM TPMS sensors (MOPAR part #68324960AB) and had them installed too. All was well the first day I took the truck out, the readings were there (different from my summer tires, which I expected) but then the next day of driving I...
I went to my local dealer here in Canada and get this: they are selling a USED TRX, with 4000+ kms, which has an MSRP of $117k for..........$145,000!!!!
I laughed at the sales guy and walked out
That said, I never got around to asking him: could I not just order one for MSRP?
Sorry about the title but in some respects, it may not be that far off. So I am taking a trip far north into bear country and was doing some pre-departure checks on my 2019 Rebel. So I dropped the spare to check the pressure (30 psi...) and noticed what you see in the pics. That is worn down...
Not sure if anyone has posted this but how ANNOYING are the Hemi's when you try and rev the engine? I recently installed a new muffler and while it sounds great (MBRP), when friends ask me to rev the engine, the damn thing rev's and hangs high and slowly comes down. Like it doesn't just run up...
I know this has been discussed elsewhere but I took some pics of mine today to share with anyone interested.
I actually took my truck in for the noise heard when turning to the left (FYI, it's the treads of the Wranglers, catching on the front left wheel well liner and the liner was replaced)...
For anyone in the know, when you buy a brand new Rebel (mine is a 2019 and if it matters, leather, Level 2, etc) do they come with the all weather mats as a stock piece? In that, all the trucks have them?
I ask because when I bought mine, the sales person said it came with no mats. Zero. Not...
I want to get some black lugs for my Rebel but not sure which to get? The cheap ones on Ebay and such, seem like they may be too cheap, and likely to chip? And I don't really want to spend $200 (in Canada FYI) on McGard or Gorilla if I don't have to. If I do, so be it.
I painted my existing...
I can't stand the MDS and I absolutely can't stand cycling through gears to 8. My wife thinks I'm crazy as she has no clue when MDS is on or not (how, I don't know....) but she does love driving around in Tow Haul mode, as do I.
Mileage be damned, I don't care so don't offer, please, but am I...
So I ordered this for the next oil change and it is WAY too big for the oil filter that I purchased (Fram TG10060). So which one is wrong? The oil filter or the filter wrench?
Any ideas???
Thanks!
Just wondering if this is possible?
I remember friends with F150's, disabling their start/stop feature by installing one of those trailer light tester thingy's into the trailer wiring connector on their back bumper. It basically fooled the truck into thinking it was towing a trailer, and...
So this happened to me again last night. Or at least, I should say, that I SAW this happen again last night. Who knows how often this happens: maybe it happens every night? I posted a thread about this back in January in the UConnect forum and no one commented so I have quoted what I wrote...

Saw this for the first time last night. Truck was parked on the driveway and as I was heading to bed, peaked out of the front door and saw what looked like an illuminated centre instrument cluster screen. Strange I thought and as I continued to watch, off it went. Ok.....then a minute later, on...
